Warranty Policy

Tavago Tech Private Limited warrants that the products sold will be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of shipment with respect to hardware, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Standard warranty coverage will be available as long as the subscription charges are paid by the customer as per the payment terms. Otherwise, our products will be covered by standard warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment.

  • Manufacturer will have no warranty obligation with respect to products subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence, accident or natural calamities.

  • The customer must obtain from Tavago Tech a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) prior to returning any products to Tavago Tech. Return packages must be clearly marked with the RMA number.

  • Products returned under this Warranty must be unmodified and in original packaging or in a packing similar to the original packing.

  • Any breakage/ damage during transit will void the warranty claim and Tavago Tech is not responsible for any loss during transit.

  • The customer shall bear the risk of loss for such return shipment and shall bear all shipping costs.

  • Tavago Tech reserves the right to refuse warranty repairs or replacements for any products that are damaged or not in original form. Tavago Tech reserves the right to repair or replace products at its own and complete discretion.

  • If any hardware component of any product fails to conform to the warranty in this section, Tavago Tech has the right to either repair or replace non-conforming products with conforming products or products having substantially identical form, fit, and function.

  • Upon receipt from the customer (i) notice of such non-conformance, and (ii) the non-conforming Product in the packing as described in point (b) above, Tavago Tech will deliver the repaired or replacement or reconditioned Product to any carrier for air shipment to the customer within a reasonable period.

  • All original products or parts that were subject to warranty claim which are repaired /reconditioned /replaced become the property of Tavago Tech.

  • Repaired or replacement products shall be subject to the warranty, if any remains, originally applicable to the product repaired or replaced.

  • Tavago Tech's sole obligation under the warranty described or set forth here shall be to repair or replace non-conforming products as set forth in the immediately preceding paragraph for non-conforming products to the customer. Tavago Tech's warranty obligations shall run solely to the customer, and Tavago Tech shall have no obligation to customers of the customer or other users of the products.

  • No additional costs or expenses will be reimbursed by Tavago Tech for any reason whatsoever.

  • THE WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS PURCHASED BY THE CUSTOMER. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IN ADDITION TO THE WARRANTIES DISCLAIMED ABOVE, TAVAGO TECH SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES, IMPLIED OR EXPRESSED, FOR USES REQUIRING FAIL-SAFE PERFORMANCE IN WHICH FAILURE OF A PRODUCT COULD LEAD TO DEATH, SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY, OR SEVERE PHYSICAL OR ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LIFE SUPPORT OR MEDICAL DEVICES OR NUCLEAR APPLICATIONS. THESE PRODUCTS ARE NOT DESIGNED FOR AND SHOULD NOT BE USED IN ANY OF THESE APPLICATIONS.

Here is our standard Support Level Agreement (SLA). Severity ratings, which shall be governed by the customer in our support system while creating support ticket in online form, shall govern the maximum time acceptable to solve the issue or failure.

Shipping Policy

  • All purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses/stores or offices from various points in India. Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within 7-10 business days from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery.

  • Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third-party courier and logistics companies or postal services usually between 9 am – 7 pm Monday –Saturday.

  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.

  • Since the transactions are authorised by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order

  • We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.

  • All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Besides, any shortage of goods needs be highlighted and signed on the proof of delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.

  • In case your order has not been delivered but is reflecting as “Delivered” on the tracker, please highlight it within 24 hours or else we will not be able to process your request.

Return and Replacement Policy

Replacement of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:

  • The customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement unit delivered to the customer.

  • Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered was in defective condition or has a physical damage within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

  • Replacement with a fresh box unit can be provided to the customer if the customer establishes that the product delivered is not functioning properly within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The customer is requested to report to our website support team In case of receipt of damaged or defective items. The support team will entertain such requests only after determining and concluding the product is indeed defective before shipment. The status is typically reported back to the customer within 24 hours of receipt of the products by Tavago Tech.

  • The customer must bring it to the notice of our website support team within 24 hours of receiving the product if the customer feels that the product received is not same as shown on the website or as per the specifications, The website support team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • In case of replacement, the customer must pack the entire product and all its accessories in the original package. Depending upon the return policy, we will either arrange the pickup through a courier company or the customer must ship the product to the return address marked in the website for any replacement. 

  • A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:

    • Customer is not happy with the look and feel of a defect free product

    • Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product

    • An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.

  • Please note that no return or refund shall be provided. However, the customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is framed by our strong belief in supporting our customers and forging a long term partnership as much as possible. According to our cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the orders have already been processed and communicated to the customers and we have initiated the process of procuring the parts, manufacturing or shipping the products.

  • No cancellation of orders possible under the 'Same Day Delivery' category.

  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that have been obtained on special occasions. (These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.)

Out of Stock Situations

Our endeavour is to ensure that all products listed on our website are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However, we are liable to process the refund in case the products are out of stock for more than 90 days.
