Each Tuff tracking device requires a SIM for communicating the data remotely to a cloud software. Either a physical SIM, embedded SIM or a soft SIM will be added to the device before it's shipped. A part of the monthly subscription cost will be paid as SIM charges to telecom service provider who provides the service.

All the data collected by Tuff devices will be stored in our own secure cloud platform. A separate server instance will be created for each client and all the data are 100% encrypted and stored. The data is 100% backed up for quick data recovery during any diaster management and for running historic reports and analytics.

The entire data and cloud software is hosted in mirrored servers that are equipped to run non-stop 24x7 throughout the year. As a result, we guarantee 99.9% platform uptime and availability resulting in absolutely uninterrupted access to cloud software and data. After all, we take pride in ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
